We plan 10–12 events a year, typically with 75–100 guests, and 150–200 at the larger events. I have stopped even looking at the menu proposal because I know everything they create is amazing.

They have prepared food for my small events and large, and every time it is flawless. Their coordinator is on site for the event and operates under the radar of guests. They make sure to check in with you, and it really feels like they look after you too.

They offer bar service as well, and every bartender they hire is personable, funny, and very popular with our guests. The servers are professional and charming and really know how to move through a room.

I have never had a guest tell me they did not receive a tray-passed appetizer or had not seen a server. Some of our event sponsors have gone on to book California Fresh for their own events. I think that is a good sign that we made a great choice in partnerships.
